We design and manufacture control units for loops - multiboxy by the customers needs.

For these equipment you can make your own choice:

  • number of control loops,
  • output power per loop,
  • indication of load current (e.g. with current meters),
  • type of connectors for sensors,
  • type of connectors for heating elements,
  • delivery of customary multibox is approximately 3 weeks

 Examples of manufactured boxes are shown below:

19-loops MULTIBOX

  • 19 separete loops
  • PID controlling
  • autotunning for each loop
  • temperature safe for output
  • max. output power is 5kW per loop
  • max. input power of multibox 95kW

15-loops MULTIBOX

  • 15 separate loops
  • PID controlling
  • measurement of current into load
  • max. output power 2kW per loop

Construction of multi-loop units

Robust construction is ensured with metal rack SCHRACK.

 On front wall there are:

  • controllers,
  • main switch,
  • cooling fan,
  • indicators.

Connectors for sensors and heating elements are placed on the sides of the rack.

Switching devices (SSR) are placed on the heatsinks.
