HtMonit

Program is designed for monitoring and archiving of measured values from as many as 4 devices furnished with controller or meter, of type Ht (Ht200, Ht205, HtIndustry, Ht40AL, Ht40A, Ht40B, Ht40T, Ht60B, Ht60M and Ht100).

You can test the demo version of the program HtMonit_v 6.2.
 

This demo version of program enables to monitor as many as 4 devices, data storage and etc. But there is a limitation of work with database.


After you enter the licensed number, the program is in its full version.













 

With program HtMonit v5.5 these following devices can be used:

• Ht40A ... simple programmable controller, one ramp function
• Ht40AL ... simple programmable controller, two ramp functions
• Ht40B ... universal PID controller
• Ht40P ... programmable controller, 10 programs with 15 steps
• Ht40T ... programmable controller, stp point is controlled by the real time clock
• HtIndustry ... programmable controller intended for industrial applications, 30 programs with 15 steps
• Ht200 ... programmable controller intended for industrial applications, 30 programs with 25 steps
• Ht205 ... programmable controller intended for industrial applications, 30 programs with 15 steps
• HtCeramic ... programmable controller, 20 programs with 15 steps
• Ht60B ... simple PID controller
• Ht60M ... controller / meter / alarm unit
• Ht700 ... controller / meter / limiter for DIN rail
• EM24 - DIN ... energy meter


 

Description of program

Program is to be installed on PC with OS WINDOWS 7 or better.
PC is linked with devices via communication line EIA485. This line is carried out through external convertor RS232/EIA485, LAN/EIA485 or USB/EIA485.
After the wiring of devices and setting of program it is possible to monitor and archive all the measured values.

Overview screen

In upper part of screen the devices under monitoring are displayed, in lower part the graphic course of technology process is displayed.


In graph you can select:

 •  length of time axis,
 •  y-axes and legends for the particular axes of the temperature course,
 •  width and colour of lines,
 •  printer.
 

 
Other features of program are:

programming of profiles for controllers Ht200, Ht205, HtIndustry, Ht40A, Ht40AL and data transfer from dataloggers of HtIndustry and Ht100.



 
Panel "Settings"



In this panel it is possible to set:

 •  connected devices (with the help of auto-detection),
 •  communication line,
 •  period of archiving of data,
 •  language (Czech, English, German, Russian).


 

Panel "database"
 
 

This panel is designed for backup and recovery of database, export of database to text file (it is possible to use for importing database to  MS Excel).
